The Property Sector of John Keells Holdings PLC is looking for a dynamic individual to take part in the challenge of building high-rise constructions with modern technology and state-of-the-art designs.
Job Profile
- Fluently using a total station for precise measurements.
- Carrying out setting out work for various construction activities, including all finishing tasks.
- Establishing Temporary Benchmarks (TBMs) as needed.
- Accurately establishing grid lines and floor finish levels.
- Providing precise site levels as required.
- Supplying concrete levels as needed.
- Coordinating with the design team and drafters to create shop drawings and as-built drawings.
- Providing site measurements to support work completion.
Personal Profile
- Diploma or Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in site surveying, particularly in construction and infrastructure projects.
- Proficient in using Total Stations.
