We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as the Head OF INTERNATIONAL EDUCATION and PLACEMENT SERVICE The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end student placement, counselling, university partnerships, and operational management within the international education sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the overall operations of international education services.
- Provide guidance and counselling to students regarding overseas education opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with international universities and tertiary educational partners.
- Ensure accurate processing of student applications and visa documentation.
- Lead and supervise the student counselling and admissions team.
- Organize promotional campaigns, seminars, and student recruitment activities.
- Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Education, Marketing, International Trade or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in international education consultancy or student placement.
- Strong knowledge of overseas university admission procedures and visa processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
