Sales Executive (Kandy, Batticaloa, Anuradhapura)
Unimo Enterprises Ltd is a fully owned subsidiary of United Motors Lanka PLC which has been moving people in comfort for over 80 years. As we continue to drive new standards of service and engineering excellence, we are expanding our operations island-wide and are seeking passionate, smart and disciplined individuals to fill the following vacancy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationship with clients, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and performance objectives.
- Leverage technology and digital tools to identify leads, manage sales processes and enhance customer engagement.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics and competitor activities to drive strategic sales initiatives.
- Collaborate with marketing and operational teams to enhance customer engagement and optimize the sales process.
Qualifications:
- Fully or partially qualified in SLIM/CIM, or a relevant Diploma or higher qualification in Sales and Marketing.
- Proven customer care and sales experience.
- Good communication skills in Sinhala and English. Knowledge of Tamil will be an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation and bargaining skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to work as a team player.
- Age below 45 years.
