Since its inception in 1990, LK Domain Registry is facilitating development initiatives of Internet infrastructure services to improve the Internet service sector in the country. The Registry is expanding its services to serve the country better. We are looking for energetic individuals to fulfil the need gap of the organization as given below. Product Executive / Trainee Product Executive
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Actively promote LK Domain Registry products and services to individuals, businesses, and organizations.
- Identify and approach potential customers through direct visits, online channels, and networking events.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly targets in coordination with the product owners / marketing team.
- Maintain positive relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
- Prepare regular reports on performance, pipeline, and feedback from clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth on boarding and after-sales support.
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in general IT tools and digital sales tools.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Any qualification in sales, marketing, product management or a related field will be an advantage.
- Previous work experience in IT, telecom, or digital services, will be an advantage.
- Confident telephone manner with a customer-first approach.
- School leavers may also apply.

- Computer literate
- Able and willing to work hard while maintaining standards and accuracy
- Able to work in a team
- Able to deal effectively with challenging field operational issues.
- Fluent in speaking and writing in Sinhala & English. Ability to speak in Tamil would be an added advantage.
- Able to work with little or no supervision.
- Self-motivated and self-organized.
