ABOUT THIS ROLE
Swisstek Aluminium is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Finance Business Partner – Plant / Supply Chain to lead and support the financial operations of our manufacturing facility. This role requires a commercially focused finance professional with strong expertise in manufacturing finance, cost accounting, inventory management, and SAP systems, while partnering closely with production, supply chain, and plant leadership teams to drive operational excellence and business performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with Plant, Production, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to drive financial and operational performance
- Manage all cost accounting activities including product costing, BOM analysis, standard costing, and variance analysis
- Prepare timely and accurate management accounts, financial reports, and operational performance analyses
- Oversee inventory management processes including stock control, valuation, reconciliations, and inventory governance
- Monitor manufacturing costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization and operational efficiencies
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities for plant and supply chain operations
- Work closely with the AGM – Plant and factory management team on strategic decision-making and performance improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with financial controls, company policies, and reporting standards. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across finance and operational processes
REQUIREMENTS
- Professional Accounting Qualification (CA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
- Minimum 8 years' experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment
- Strong experience in manufacturing finance, factory controlling, and supply chain finance
- Hands-on experience with SAP, particularly Manufacturing and Costing modules, is essential
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced Excel and reporting skills will be an added advantage
