Responsibilities
- The Risk & Control Executive is responsible for identifying, assessing, managing, and mitigating risks that could impact the organization's operations, financial, reputation, and objectives
- Periodically assess and identify the Business and Operations Risk across the Company
- Treat the Risk in all business functions. Internal and External
- Identify and evaluate operational, financial, and compliance risks across departments
- Develop and implement risk management frameworks and methodologies
- Develop and maintain documentation, including policies, procedures, and risk registers
- Maintain the corporate Commercial SOPs and continue to create SOP for changing business needs
- Conduct internal audits and reviews to assess the adequacy of controls
- Design, implement, and maintain internal control processes to ensure operational efficiency and compliance
- Prepare risk and control reports for senior management and stakeholders
- Drive values, KPI’s and 5S
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Professional certifications such as CA, CMA, CRM, CIA, or similar qualifications are advantageous
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in risk management, internal audit, or external audit firm roles
- Experience in internal audit or finance within the manufacturing sector will be an added advantage
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and risk assessment tools are advantageous
