RECEPTIONIST

THE ROLE:

  • Welcome visitors and clients professionally.
  • Answer and direct phone calls promptly.
  • Manage front desk operations and maintain the reception area.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
  • Assist visitors with inquiries and information.
  • Coordinate administrative support with departments.
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies when needed.
  • Handle customer concerns politely and professionally.
  • Maintain visitor records and follow security procedures.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good telephone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, data entry)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Previous receptionist or administrative experience is an advantage
