Eskimo is in operation in Sri Lanka for more than four decades having its head office and the main factory in Negombo and sub factories at Pallekele and Punani with an employee strength of more than 2000. Our strength reflects in our rapid growth, globalization of trade and acceptance of us by our foreign customers as a high-quality knitwear producer.
Executive – Corporate Strategy (Male Candidate Only)
We are looking for dynamic and analytical Executive to support our Corporate Strategy function. The selected candidates will gain hands-on exposure across manufacturing operations, data analytics, cost management, and performance monitoring, contributing to operational efficiency and business growth.
Key Requirements
- Assist in collecting, validating, and analyzing operational data across production and service departments
- Support KPI tracking, productivity analysis, and efficiency improvement initiatives
- Assist in preparation of management reports, dashboards, and presentations
- Work closely with Production, Finance, Planning, and Supply Chain teams
- Support ERP-based reporting and help reduce manual data processes
Prerequisites
- A recognized degree in Management/ Accounting / CIMA or equal qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in financial/ industrial engineering or operations
