DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER - INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the overall IT strategy, infrastructure, and digital transformation initiatives of the organization.
- Ensure the smooth operation, security, and efficiency of all IT systems and networks.
- Drive innovation and implement technology solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Lead and drive the IFRS 17 project implementation in coordination with relevant stakeholders and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Oversee software development, cybersecurity, data management, and IT governance functions.
- Manage IT projects, vendor relationships, and system upgrades effectively.
- Provide strategic guidance to enhance operational efficiency through technology.
Qualifications & Pre-requisites
- Masters Degree / Degree / Special Degree / Professional Qualification or equivalent related to the Information Technology from a University Grants Commission approved University / Institute.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a Senior Managerial position, with overall experience of more than 15 years in the relevant field.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, digital transformation, enterprise applications, and project management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Prior experience in the insurance or financial sector will be an added advantage.
- Age should be below 50 Years.
