We're Hiring
Maintenance Supervisor / Maintenance Executive
LPK is seeking experienced and responsible individuals to join our maintenance team in Borella. The ideal candidates should have strong technical knowledge, leadership abilities, and hands-on experience in handling building and facility maintenance operations.
Requirements:
- Age 35 years or above
- Proven experience in maintenance, facility management, or a related field
- Good knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and general maintenance work
- Ability to supervise maintenance staff and coordinate repairs efficiently
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage operational responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily maintenance operations and repair activities
- Conduct inspections and ensure facilities are maintained to high standards
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance schedules
- Monitor equipment performance and minimise operational downtime
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance procedures
- Maintain maintenance records and reports
