WE ARE HIRING PRODUCTION MANAGER
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and implement production schedules based on business demands
- Supervise, mentor, and train the unit members, ensuring operational flexibility
- Manage material procurement, storage, and stock planning for seamless production
- Develop delivery management to ensure timely order fulfilment
- Support factory development initiatives and promote a culture of teamwork and accountability
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma in Manufacturing Management, Food Science, or relate field
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role will be an advantage
- Proficiency in production planning and coordination
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with food quality standards and regulations
- Great communication skills in English
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
