Creative Designer
Responsibilities:
- Develop creative concepts and visual designs for marketing campaigns, social media, print materials, presentations, and brand communications
- Design engaging content for digital platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, websites, and email marketing
- Create and maintain brand consistency across all properties and campaigns
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, advertisements, and campaign visuals
- Assist with photo selection, basic editing, and visual storytelling
- Prepare artwork files for print and digital production
- Support the development of new branding initiatives, launches, and creative projects
- Stay updated with current design trends, hospitality trends, and creative best practices
Prerequisites:
- Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or related field
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or Creative Designer
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After-effects). Knowledge of Premiere Pro or Canva is an advantage
- Strong understanding of typography layout, colour, and branding
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Creative thinking with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Photography, videography, or motion graphics skills will be an added advantage
- Experience in hospitality, lifestyle, luxury, or travel brands is an advantage
