The Role
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Quality Assurance Manager to lead and manage the company’s quality assurance operations, compliance standards, and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring product quality, operational excellence, sustainability compliance, and customer satisfaction across all stages of production.
What You’ll Do:
- Establish and maintain an end-to-end Quality Management System (QMS) across all operations.
- Manage quality inspections for incoming materials, production, and finished products.
- Develop and improve QA policies, SOPs, and inspection procedures.
- Monitor quality performance and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Analyze quality data, defect trends, and conduct root cause analysis (RCA) to drive continuous improvement.
- Work closely with production teams to ensure in-process quality control and defect prevention.
- Support new product development (NPD) to ensure quality standards are met from the design stage.
- Lead and supervise the QA team, including training and performance management.
- Handle customer complaints, supplier quality issues, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain quality documentation and ensure compliance with international standards and certifications.
- Collaborate with Production, Product Development, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams.
- Support product development, sustainability initiatives, and waste reduction strategies.
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
- Minimum 4+ years of QA experience, including managerial experience.
- Strong knowledge of quality systems, compliance standards, and inspection processes.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience in manufacturing, textile, bedding, or related industries is an advantage.
