We are looking for enthusiastic freshers with a passion for quality to join our team.
IN-PROCESS QUALITY CONTROLLER
Key responsibilities
- Conduct in-process quality inspections during production to ensure products meet required specifications and quality standards
- Monitor critical control points and identify any deviations during the production process
- Maintain accurate quality records, reports, and process monitoring documents
- Coordinate with the team to implement corrective actions and maintain product quality
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to quality and process efficiency
Requirements
- G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) in the Bio Science stream
- Prior experience in quality control will be an added advantage
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Candidates residing in the Biyagama or Kelaniya areas are preferred to apply.
