QUALITY CONTROLLER - PRODUCTION
UHE Exports (Pvt) Ltd.
The Quality Controller is responsible for ensuring that raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products meet required quality and food safety standards. The role includes conducting inspections, monitoring production and storage processes, verifying materials before use, maintaining quality records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards, including HACCP, GMP, and ISO requirements.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Inspect and approve incoming materials, ensuring only approved materials are used in the production processes.
- Monitor in-house and outsourced production activities, perform quality checks including moisture analysis, and report non-conformities with corrective action support.
- Maintain compliance with food safety standards, support internal and external audits, and ensure proper hygiene and pest control coordination.
- Conduct final product inspections before dispatch and verify accurate loading and dispatch procedures.
- Maintain proper documentation, records, and traceability throughout storage, production, and distribution processes.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Basic knowledge of food safety & quality standard. (HACCP, GMP & ISO is an additional qualification).
- Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in tea or food industry is preferable.
- Basic Computer skills (Ms Office).
- Minimum qualification of A/Ls.
- Good communication skills & ability to coordinate with internal & external service providers.
