E-commerce Project Manager

You are required to work remotely on USA hours and must be flexible with your working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for maintaining standardized project management practices, including task structures, backlog hygiene, ownership accountability, and mandatory workflow compliance.
  • Ensure consistent project visibility and operational efficiency through standardized reporting dashboards, governance processes, and cross-team coordination.
  • Responsible for managing ticket triage operations, SLA compliance, and queue monitoring to ensure timely resolution and clear ownership of support tasks.
  • Maintain alignment between Deskpro and Asana, enforce ticket handling standards, and coordinate with support and development teams on escalated or high-priority incidents.
  • Responsible for managing and maintaining ADA compliance initiatives, including task ownership, audit tracking, documentation, and release signoffs.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to monitor ADA progress, support escalation handling, and ensure accessibility requirements are consistently reviewed and implemented across all releases.
  • Responsible for managing team capacity planning and workload distribution to ensure alignment with business priorities and delivery goals.
  • Proactively identify resourcing risks, coordinate staffing and training needs with leadership, and support cross-training initiatives to reduce operational dependencies and single points of failure.
  • Responsible for maintaining the Asana and Deskpro governance playbook, delivering team training on workflows and processes across the organization.
  • Serve as the primary coordination point between business stakeholders, developers, and support teams by providing regular status updates, managing escalations, and driving cross-functional alignment.

What you need to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, E-commerce, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong experience in project management with a focus on operational governance, workflow standardization, and process enforcement.
  • Proven ability to maintain structure, accountability, and compliance across cross-functional teams while fostering positive working relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret backlog, ticketing, and resource allocation data to drive operational decisions.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and process adherence.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly document processes and coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Asana, ticketing systems such as Deskpro, and workflow or compliance tracking systems.
  • Solid understanding of e-commerce operations, release cycles, and cross-functional delivery processes.
