Due to an internal promotion, we are currently seeking an LMS Executive to join our team. If you are detail-oriented, customer-focused, and ready to grow in an international setting, this is your opportunity.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing and maintaining the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensuring all training data is accurate and up to date.
- Collecting and analysing training data to set benchmarks, measure effectiveness, and identifying trends to support decision-making.
- Reviewing and updating training materials and resources regularly and recommending improvements.
- Coordinating with line managers to manage training needs in line with organisational requirements.
- Designing, developing, and managing high-quality L&D content within the LMS.
- Conducting training needs analysis and executing learning and development activities.
- Preparing regular L&D reports and analytics on training completion and progress.
- Supporting on-site new employee onboarding activities.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Learning and Development, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning & Development/Human Resource Development related field.
- Prior experience in designing, developing, and delivering training materials, including managing Learning Management Systems.
- Ability to prepare both routine and analytical reports.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of learning and development best practice and methodologies.
- Experience in conducting training needs analysis, program design and evaluation.
- Previous experience using an LMS system (ELMO is highly regarded).
