Senior Nursing Sister – Critical Care
Ninewells Hospital, a leading private healthcare provider, is looking for a Senior Nursing Sister to oversee and lead our Surgical & Medical units, ensuring the highest standards of patient care, safety, and clinical excellence.
Qualifications & Experience :
- B.Sc. Nursing or equivalent qualification (valid SLMC registration).
- Minimum 10 years of nursing experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory/leadership role.
- Strong clinical knowledge in critical care nursing practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and empathy.
- Previous experience in a reputed hospital setting will be an added advantage.
The successful candidate will be placed on an attractive remuneration package based on the qualifications and experience.
