We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team as Management Associate/ Digital Media Marketing attached to SLIIT International.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Planning and scheduling of digital marketing campaigns across social media.
- Managing and updating social media channels with engaging, accurate, and timely content.
- Developing monthly content themes and posting calendars.
- Coordinating the preparation of social media posts.
- Supporting campaign execution across digital platforms.
- Track and report campaign performance, including reach, engagement, leads, cost per lead, conversion rates, and other key digital metrics.
- Monitoring engagement and campaign performance.
- Ensuring consistency with brand messaging and visuals.
- Creating social media posts and videos.
Minimum Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from a recognized University/ Institution.
- Strong creativity, graphic design, and content planning skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and scheduling tools.
- Good written and spoken communication skills.
