The Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies across our manufacturing, operational, retail, and corporate functions.

This is a highly execution-focused, hands-on recruitment role, where you will personally drive sourcing, outreach, screening, and hiring actions on a daily basis. You will take full ownership of recruitment delivery and actively contribute to filling critical roles across the business.

Strong experience in BPO recruitment (ideally digital marketing roles) and manufacturing recruitment is essential. Experience in e-commerce recruitment will be considered a strong advantage.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own and execute end-to-end recruitment processes across all business functions.
  • Personally drive daily sourcing, outreach, screening, and candidate engagement activities.
  • Lead hiring initiatives for BPO, manufacturing, operations, retail, logistics, and corporate roles.
  • Actively source candidates using LinkedIn outreach, job portals, universities, referrals, and talent networks.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Handle workforce planning and recruitment forecasting in collaboration with department heads.
  • Conduct candidate screening, interviews, assessments, and selection coordination.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Lead mass recruitment drives and high-volume hiring when required.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and recruitment priorities.
  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Track recruitment metrics including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and hiring effectiveness.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns.
  • Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job portals, universities, and external partners.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment best practices.
  • Support onboarding coordination and new employee integration activities.
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and hiring quality.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
  • Proven experience in BPO recruitment is essential, ideally in digital marketing recruitment.
  • Proven experience in manufacturing and e-commerce recruitment is highly desirable.
  • A solid understanding of which channels, networks, and solutions should be used for varying roles.
  • Proven experience handling recruitment for both management-level and operational roles across multiple functions.
  • Experience with TopJobs, LinkedIn outreach, LinkedIn ads, recruitment networks, universities etc.
  • Strong understanding of operational and high-volume hiring processes.
  • Experience handling recruitment across multiple levels and departments.
  • Excellent interviewing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
  • Experience using recruitment systems, job portals, and sourcing platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
