TRANSPORT ASSISTANT
For Ratmalana
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintaining and updating accurate records of all vehicle-related incidents, including services, repairs, etc.
- Monitor all vehicle and fleet performance, fuel usage, and maintenance records.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, internal teams, and external partners.
- Arranging repairs and routing maintenance of all vehicles & Monitoring Garage Activities.
- Maintaining Vehicle Spare Parts Stock and updating them in the system & Book.
- Inform all branches of Vehicle License renewals and insurance updates to relevant users.
- Ensure compliance with safety, operational, and company procedures.
REQUIREMENTS
- Should passed G.C.E. Advanced Level.
- Minimum Credit Passes for English & Mathematics in G.E.C. Ordinary Level Examination.
- Previous Experience in a similar capacity will be an added advantage.
- Age Below 30 Years.
- Candidate should be closer to Ratmalana.
- Should possess adequate Computer literacy in accordance to the position.
- Male Candidate preferred.
- Valid vehicle driving license (Mandatory)
