ASSISTANT MANAGER/ MANAGER HR
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement HR policies while ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Oversee administrative operations, office management, and HR documentation.
- Maintain accurate HR records and reports using HR systems and tools.
- Managed training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in an HR management or similar role.
- Proven leadership or managerial experience is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
