Executive – Company Secretarial
Join our team as a Company Secretarial Executive and play a key role in supporting our clients with their corporate compliance and governance needs. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a diverse client base in a professional and growth-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
- Handle all company secretarial matters for client portfolios
- Incorporate companies and attend to business registrations
- Prepare and file statutory forms with the Registrar of Companies (ROC)
- Maintain statutory registers and company records
- Draft board resolutions, minutes, and shareholder documents
- Ensure timely submission of annual returns and compliance filings
- Advise clients on corporate governance and regulatory requirements
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and government institutions
- Assist in due diligence and corporate restructuring assignments
- Monitor changes in company law and update clients accordingly
- Coordinate with internal audit, tax, and legal teams when required
Requirements:
- Part qualification or full qualification in Company Secretarial practice (ICCSLK)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (experience in an accounting firm is an added advantage)
- Strong knowledge of Companies Act and corporate compliance requirements
- Excellent drafting and documentation skills
- High attention to detail and organizational ability
- Good communication and client-handling skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with company secretarial software/databases is an advantage
