REQUIREMENTS
- Industry-Specific Skills for Car Rental
- Pricing & Revenue Management: 3 -5 years of experience with dynamic pricing, seasonal demand curves, fleet utilization rates, and yield management.
- Competitor & Market Analysis: Should know how to mystery shop rates, monitor fleet mix, and assess airport vs suburban demand.
- Fleet & Location Analytics: Understanding of fleet mix optimization, depreciation impacts, average rental length, location, P&L drivers. Experience analyzing pickup/drop-off patterns by postcode.
- Consumer Trends: Awareness of rideshare impact, EV adoption, subscription models, tourism data from Tourism Australia, and corporate travel trends.
