Management Associate/ Academic Administration (Faculty of Computing)

We are looking for a dynamic and result oriented individual to join our team as a Management Associate/ Academic Administration attached to Faculty of Computing.

Key Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Maintaining accurate reservation records in Schedule Mate for academic and faculty activities while coordinating with the IRC unit to manage venue reservations efficiently.
  • Allocating exam venues, including MSC examinations, and updating reservation records in Schedule Mate to support examination coordination.
  • Maintaining and updating semester registration, timetable data, and visiting lecturer payment records in the Weekend Payment System (WPS).
  • Updating rescheduled lecture records and preparing supplementary examination eligibility lists by coordinating with relevant departments.
  • Coordinating the Dean’s List Awards Ceremony while managing the fixed assets of the 6th Floor Main Building.
  • Providing administrative support services to the Dean and academic staff on a daily basis.

Minimum Requirement

  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from a recognized university or institution.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of work experience after obtaining the educational qualification or a minimum of three (3) years of overall work experience in the relevant discipline.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
