Finance & Administration Manager

Ceycoir Substrates (Pvt) Ltd.

A fast-growing manufacturing and export-oriented organization seeking a dynamic, results-oriented, and highly competent professional to lead our Finance, Administration and Operational Support functions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee finance, administration & operational support functions to ensure smooth operations.
  • Prepare accurate financial statements, budgets, cash flow forecasts & management reports.
  • Manage banking, treasury, receivables, payables, inventory, costing & operational expenditures.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory, taxation, regulatory & corporate governance requirements.
  • Coordinate with auditors, banks, authorities & stakeholders and strengthen internal controls.
  • Lead & develop team while ensuring all licenses, permits & regulatory approvals are maintained.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree or professional qualification in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
  • Full/part qualification in CA Sri Lanka, CMA or ACCA is a distinct advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in finance and administration, preferably in manufacturing or export-oriented organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, financial reporting & compliance.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office & accounting systems; ability to support strategic planning & decision-making.
