Key Responsibilities
- Drive impactful learning and development initiatives to elevate performance
- Build strong leadership pipelines through effective succession planning
- Champion engaging employee experience and culture initiatives
- Deliver meaningful HR insights through reports and analytics
- Facilitate performance management and support strategic HR initiatives
Key Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in Human Resources, with exposure to Training & Development and Employee Engagement
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple HR initiatives in a fast-paced hospitality environment
