Field Sales Officer
Job Summary:
The selected candidate will be attached to our Sales & Marketing Office located in Nawala and will mainly cover the Western Province while also travelling to other regions as and when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and market the company's hardware, tools, and aluminium-related product portfolio to dealers, distributors, customers.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to support business growth and customer retention.
- Identify new sales opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Conduct regular market visits, customer follow-ups, and competitor monitoring activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order handling and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain proper sales documentation.
The Ideal Candidate Should Possess
- G.C.E. Advanced Level qualification preferred.
- School leavers are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in hardware/tools selling will be an added advantage.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field sales activities.
- Male candidates with a valid motorcycle riding license are preferred.
- Possession of a motorcycle is mandatory.
- We seek energetic, result-oriented young individuals with strong customer handling skills, positive attitudes, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced sales environment.
