ASSISTANT MANAGER - FINANCE OPERATIONS (AUS CALENDAR - AUS SHIFT)
H Connect International is a leading BPO company offering outsourcing services to clients based in the US, UK, and Australia. We are a subsidiary of the Hirdaramani Group, a billion-dollar conglomerate with a 125-year legacy. We are looking for an Assistant Manager–Finance Operations to join our team. This role involves leading finance operations, applying advanced ERP and Excel modelling skills, leveraging professional accounting knowledge (CPA/CA preferred), effectively communicating with stakeholders, and providing strong leadership to ensure accurate financial management and team performance.
The Job:
- Manage AP, AR, Payroll and GL operations; build a high-performing team.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements and cash flow reports.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting; monitor variances and actions.
- Ensure tax compliance (BAS, FBT, income tax) and governance.
- Design and enforce internal controls; provide commercial modelling and capex evaluation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- Minimum 5–6 years of experience in finance leadership roles.
- CPA/CA qualification preferred.
- Advanced ERP exposure and Excel modelling.
- Strong stakeholder communication and team leadership.
