We are Manufacturers and Exporters of Coir Based Substrates for the Professional and Commercial Agriculture & Home Gardening sectors. Our products are exported to USA, Canada, Europe, and Latin American Countries. Our factories located at Madampe (Chilaw), are equipped with modern machineries to produce internationally accepted Coir-based Substrates and allied products. We are calling applications for the following vacancy at our factory in Madampe from individuals who possess the following requirements.
ASSISTANT MANAGER/SENIOR EXECUTIVE PRODUCTION AND TECHNICAL:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the preventive maintenance strategy to keep machinery running smoothly and safely.
- Take ownership of production targets, ensuring the team is aligned, focused, and equipped to hit daily and monthly benchmarks.
- Manage daily production updates and summaries, keeping stakeholders informed through clear, data-backed reporting.
- Actively identify bottlenecks and champion continuous improvement strategies to elevate overall manufacturing productivity.
- Training and development of the workforce
Skills/Qualifications:
- NDT or equivalent in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Able to work independently and responsibly.
- Knowledge of Hydraulic systems is an added advantage

Residing in and around Negombo, Madampe (Chilaw), Bingiriya and Dummalasuriya area would be an advantage but not compulsory.
