MANAGER / ASSISTANT MANAGER - FINANCE
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible in preparing and reviewing monthly and annual reports.
- Liaise with external auditors to ensure that all audit related deliverables are met.
- Responsible in cost management activities, cost monitoring and controls whilst providing, analyzing & interpreting of financial information.
- Responsible for smooth running of all financial aspects of the company.
- Responsible for budgetary preparation & controls and provision of clear guidance and direction for finance staff in order to generate proper cost center and profit center reports.
- Passing of all month end journals and ensuring that all ledger accounts are accurate and up to date.
- Preparation of monthly management accounts with cash flow and variance analysis
- Prepare individual/ Company Income Tax Statement, VAT schedules and other relevant schedules.
Qualifications & Experience
- A bachelor s degree in Finance/ Accounting or Fully/Partly qualified in CIMA/ACCA/CA
- Self-motivated individual with minimum 05 years of experience in management accounting field with excellent knowledge in MS office package, sound knowledge in accounting standards.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross- functional teams and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Manager - minimum 4-5 years of experience | Assistant Manager - minimum 3-5 years of experience
- Familiarity with financial systems and software used for accounting and reporting.
- Age below 35
