Sales Representative - Male
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Qualified in GCE A/L, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Fluent in Sinhala, English or Tamil language.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Achieve monthly sales targets and expand market coverage.
- Visit retail shops, distributors, and wholesale buyers to promote products.
- Build strong relationships with customers and ensure excellent service.
- Collect market feedback on pricing, competitor activity, and product performance.
- Ensure proper product display, merchandising, and visibility at outlets.
- Prepare daily sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
