MANAGER – IT
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Group's digital transformation initiatives and drive adoption of cost-effective, AI-powered tools.
- Automate and optimize financial systems (ERP/MIS) to deliver real-time insights.
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure reliability, security, and scalability.
- Lead and enhance Digital Asset Management platforms and related technologies.
- Develop cost management strategies and build strong vendor relationships.
- Drive compliance with IT governance, process controls, and quality standards.
- Mentor and train IT team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Lead IT projects, ensuring smooth rollout of new systems and applications within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Assess business unit requirements and design IT solutions that enhance operational efficiency, support growth, and drive business excellence.
- Responsible for IT budget planning and management across shared service cost centers.
- Provide leadership and contribute to IT strategy alignment with group objectives.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5–7 years of progressive IT management experience in enterprise environments.
- Professional certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CCNA, or equivalent in network/system administration.
- Demonstrated success in delivering digital transformation projects and cost optimization initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with financial systems automation and business intelligence tools.
