Perma Culturist- ( Resort at Kosgoda)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the gardening unit, guide the gardeners, and oversee daily tasks to keep the resort grounds beautiful.
- Ability to work independently and manage sustainable green projects within the resort.
- Guide guests on natural walks and other Eco tours as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role. (Resort Naturalist / Gardening Team Leader)
- A relevant qualification in Agriculture, Forestry, Wildlife Studies, or Tourism will be a definite advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for guiding international and local guests.
- Knowledgeable about local flora, fauna, and village culture.
Accommodation and Meals will be fully provided by the resort.
