Finishing Manager - Dehiattakandiya
Job Role:
- Manage and oversee the finishing operations, specifically for pants.
- Ensure all products meet the highest quality standards before shipment.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and merchandising teams to meet deadlines.
- Implement best practices and process improvements in finishing operations.
- Train and manage the finishing team, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Troubleshoot any finishing-related issues and provide timely solutions.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure on-time delivery.
- Maintain compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Individual Profile:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finishing operations, specifically in pants manufacturing. Diploma or degree in Textiles, Apparel, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Thorough knowledge of finishing processes, quality standards, and garment specifications.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
