Junior Executive – Branch Banking
Hatton, Katugastota and Colombo Branches

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform teller operations, account opening activities, and provide service at customer service counters in accordance with bank standards.
- Attend to customer inquiries efficiently while actively promoting cross-selling of banking products and services.
- Ensure full accountability for cash and other financial instruments held under custody, maintaining accuracy and compliance at all times.
- Maintain and manage bank records and documentation in line with established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Achieve assigned operational targets and contribute to the branch’s business goals.
- Actively participate in branch-level marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives to support business growth.
Candidate Prerequisites:
- Full or part qualification in Banking from the Institute of Bankers of Sri Lanka (IBSL).
- Minimum of 02–03 years of experience in commercial banking, including 03–04 years in branch operational functions.
- In-depth knowledge of banking policies and procedures, operational processes, foreign exchange transactions, regulatory compliance, and internal controls.
- Excellent business communication skills with strong computer literacy.
- An outgoing, self-motivated individual with a strong customer service–oriented mindset.
