Job Vacancy – Logistics Admin Assistant

  • Tracking of manual Purchase Orders (POs) and admin tasks associated – for example identifying & correcting or communicating any errors on POs, i.e. incorrect ship method, incorrect supplier details, incorrect hub, missing Sales Orders.
  • Maintain Purchase Order (PO) data integrity via amendments in SAP – identifying POs which need to be amended and providing details on an excel spreadsheet.
  • Manipulation of reports based on our tracking system.
  • Maintaining manual excel documents to aid tracking of PO status.
  • Analysis of reports to identify missing goods receipt and communication of errors to external stakeholders.
  • Checking supplier documentation for shipments and working with freight managers and suppliers.
  • Working with sourcing office teams to understand reasons for POS past FOB date and not shipped.

Requirements

  • Fluent and confident English speaker
  • Microsoft Office skills with a focus on MS Excel
  • Ability to multi-task and work to tight time scales
  • Organizational skills
  • Numerical, analytical and interpretive skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build relationships with both internal and external parties
  • Ability to communicate effectively to relevant teams
  • Ability to navigate systems (Training will be provided)
