HR & Training Manager
We are looking for a dynamic HR & Training Manager who is passionate about people development, service excellence, and cultivating a strong learning culture across the resort. A leader who believes in coaching, inspiring and building capability—while ensuring HR functions run smoothly, professionally, and in alignment with our brand values.
Key Responsibilities:
- The role involves leading and developing training programs, driving Talent Development strategies, conducting skill-based and behavioural trainings, managing performance review processes.
- Implementing PDP & PIP systems, supporting recruitment and onboarding, enhancing employee engagement initiatives, ensuring compliance with labour regulations.
- Managing HR policies and procedures, supporting succession planning, and maintaining a positive, growth-focused organizational culture.
Qualifications & Experience:
- We are seeking a candidate with a strong background in Learning & Development, hands-on experience in designing and delivering training modules, excellent facilitation skills.
- Solid HR generalist knowledge; experience in hospitality HR is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, analytical and organizational strength, and a passion for elevating people capability and service standards.
