WE ARE HIRING FASHION BUYER
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end buying and merchandising for footwear, leather goods, and apparel
- Create seasonal product ranges aligned with brand identity and commercial goals
- Source and negotiate with local and international suppliers
- Prepare and manage purchase orders through ERP/system
- Coordinate inventory transfers and maintain accurate stock records
- Collaborate with design, production, and marketing teams to ensure product alignment
- Track trends, market demand, and competitor activity to inform buying decisions
- Review samples, approve products, and ensure quality standards
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in buying, merchandising, or product coordination
- Knowledge of fashion, footwear, leather goods, and apparel categories
- Experience with ERP systems and inventory management
- Strong commercial awareness with a creative eye for trends
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem solving skills
- Ability to balance creativity with commercial viability
