Our NORVI product range is used by system integrators and OEMs across Europe, the USA, and other global markets.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales Engineer who can understand customer requirements and propose suitable automation and IoT solutions using our product range.
This is a technical sales role, combining engineering knowledge with customer interaction and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand technical requirements and applications
- Propose suitable IoT and automation solutions using NORVI products
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical documentation
- Conduct online meetings and product presentations (English required)
- Support customers during pre-sales and initial implementation stages
- Work closely with engineering team to define custom solutions
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
- Maintain CRM records and track sales pipeline
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in:
- Electronic Engineering
- Mechatronics
- Electrical Engineering
- IT / Embedded Systems
- Basic understanding of:
- Industrial automation
- Sensors, PLCs, or IoT systems
- Strong English communication skills (essential)
- Ability to conduct technical discussions with clients
- Good problem-solving and analytical thinking
Advantages Skills
- Experience with:
- Modbus / RS-485 / industrial communication
- IoT platforms (MQTT, dashboards, etc.)
- Previous experience in technical sales or customer handling
- Knowledge of industrial applications (energy, tank monitoring, etc.)

Working Hours
Monday – Friday
8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
