Assistant / Junior Executive – Customer Care

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
  • Coordinate with service centers and relevant internal departments to ensure smooth and timely booking execution.
  • Follow up with customers regarding appointments confirmations and service updates.
  • Meet assigned call handling, productivity, and service quality targets.
  • Maintain good time management to complete daily tasks efficiently.

Requirements

  • Candidates with A/L qualification or a Diploma in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field are encouraged to apply. (School leavers also can apply)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Sinhala are essential.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word & Excel).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Good communication and customer handling skills.
  • Candidates based in the Nugegoda area will be preferred.
