Assistant / Junior Executive – Customer Care

Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Coordinate with service centers and relevant internal departments to ensure smooth and timely booking execution.
- Follow up with customers regarding appointments confirmations and service updates.
- Meet assigned call handling, productivity, and service quality targets.
- Maintain good time management to complete daily tasks efficiently.
Requirements
- Candidates with A/L qualification or a Diploma in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field are encouraged to apply. (School leavers also can apply)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Sinhala are essential.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word & Excel).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Candidates based in the Nugegoda area will be preferred.
