About the role

We are seeking an experienced recruiter to primarily support our Australian and Canadian-based shops fill a range of vacancies including sales and clinical (Optometrist) roles.

  • Manage end to end recruitment including job posting, candidate sourcing including headhunting, screening, selection, arranging interviews and preparing offers.
  • Support development of talent pipeline and talent pool through strategic networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationship with key stakeholders including shop managers and the retail management team.

About you

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in high volume full-cycle recruitment.
  • Degree in business, commerce or similar discipline.
  • Strong English spoken and written skills.
  • Ability to proactively work both autonomously and collaboratively.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills.
  • Effective influencing and negotiation skills
