Ideal candidate Should Have
- Greate and assist visitors in courteous and professional manner.
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
- Provide administrative support such as filling data entry and document preparation.
- Respond to customer inquires and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Support other departments with critical tasks as required.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as team member
