Partner Relations – Tamil Speaking (Remote)
What You Will Do
- Provide Excellent customer service to Partners and Clients.
- Coordinate with various Teams to address Affiliate needs in an Accurate and Timely Manner.
- Contributing to team effort by achieving targeted results (KPIs).
- Provide excellent customer service to maintain existing affiliates and acquire new affiliates.
- Manage business negotiations with Partners.
- Handle business deal tracking, monitoring, closing, and other related activities as needed.
- Recommend process improvements to increase revenue targets.
- Perform new customer acquisition through research, referrals, networking, cold calling, data feeds and emails.
- Maintain open communication with all affiliates on the day-to-day issues.
- Stay current with trends in affiliate marketing and identify new opportunities.
- Organize and coordinate trade shows and other promotional activities for product launches.
- Communicate with new and existing affiliates regarding upcoming promotions and optimization opportunities.

What You Are Good At (REQUIREMENTS)
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related fields is a Must.
- Client handling experience in the financial services sector is a definite plus.
- Excellent oral and written skills in English, Tamil and Sinhala (Proficiency in All 3 Languages is Mandatory).
- Ability to multitask and maintain a high-level of organization.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent computer literacy.
- Training provided for 2 weeks (Paid).
