Partner Relations – Tamil Speaking (Remote)

What You Will Do

  • Provide Excellent customer service to Partners and Clients.
  • Coordinate with various Teams to address Affiliate needs in an Accurate and Timely Manner.
  • Contributing to team effort by achieving targeted results (KPIs).
  • Provide excellent customer service to maintain existing affiliates and acquire new affiliates.
  • Manage business negotiations with Partners.
  • Handle business deal tracking, monitoring, closing, and other related activities as needed.
  • Recommend process improvements to increase revenue targets.
  • Perform new customer acquisition through research, referrals, networking, cold calling, data feeds and emails.
  • Maintain open communication with all affiliates on the day-to-day issues.
  • Stay current with trends in affiliate marketing and identify new opportunities.
  • Organize and coordinate trade shows and other promotional activities for product launches.
  • Communicate with new and existing affiliates regarding upcoming promotions and optimization opportunities.

What You Are Good At (REQUIREMENTS)

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related fields is a Must.
  • Client handling experience in the financial services sector is a definite plus.
  • Excellent oral and written skills in English, Tamil and Sinhala (Proficiency in All 3 Languages is Mandatory).
  • Ability to multitask and maintain a high-level of organization.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent computer literacy.
  • Training provided for 2 weeks (Paid).
