HR MANAGER
Club Tex Mark (Pvt) Ltd, a clothing company specializing in high-quality apparel products, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager HR to lead our HR functions and contribute to organizational success.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement advanced HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business goals.
- Oversee and manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Address and resolve employee concerns regarding HR issues, policies, and regulations.
- Supervise payroll preparation and ensure accurate data handling (e.g. absences, bonuses, leaves).
- Handle employee complaints and grievance procedures effectively and efficiently.
- Provide strategic guidance on HR matters to align with organizational objectives.
Qualifications:
- MBA or MSc in HRM, CQHRM or Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR management or a similar senior HR role.
- In-depth knowledge of HR systems, policies, and labor laws.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
