Come join our team as an Intern – B2B Logistics and Customer Success
What you need to do
- Coordinate inbound operations related to direct imported items and ensure product availability.
- Liaise with B2B customers to schedule and manage deliveries efficiently.
- Monitor delivery frequency, transportation costs, and Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ).
- Collaborate closely with Distribution Centre and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Support smooth outbound logistics and distribution processes.
- Track and monitor end-to-end order fulfillment to maintain service excellence.
What you need
- Undergraduate from a recognized university in Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation or a related field or possess a relevant professional qualification.
- Distinction passes in Mathematics and English at GCE Ordinary Level will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications; basic knowledge of Supply Chain operations will be an added advantage.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
