HR Assistant Manager

Managing employees, recruitment, workplace policies, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Employee relations, staff concerns, conflict resolution, and workplace culture
  • Recruitment, screening, interviews, hiring, and onboarding
  • HR administration, records, attendance, leave, payroll support, and audit assistance
  • Training, competency-gap identification, and performance support
  • Policy implementation, labor-law support, and audit assistance

Requirements & Skills

  • Male/Female | Age 35–45
  • Bachelor's Degree in HRM or HND in HRM
  • 3–5 years’ experience in a similar HR position
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Recruitment and interviewing ability
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
  • Problem-solving, conflict management, and multitasking skills
  • MS Office and ERP system experience
  • ISO and Lean Management knowledge is an added advantage
