BRANCH MANAGER
JOB PROFILE
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead branch operations and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, sound banking knowledge, and proven experience in managing teams, achieving targets, and delivering exceptional customer service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage overall branch operations to achieve business goals.
- Drive growth through sales, customer relationship management, and portfolio development.
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Manage and develop branch staff to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor branch performance, prepare reports, and implement action plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in Banking / Financial Services, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Proven experience in branch operations, sales, portfolio growth, and customer relationship management.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Proven ability to achieve business targets and drive branch performance.
- Sound knowledge of lending, deposits, compliance, and operational controls.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to develop and execute branch growth strategies.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree or professional qualification in Business Management, Banking, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Professional credit management / financial qualifications will be an added advantage.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Willingness to work in the assigned branch location.
- Good record of professional conduct and performance.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving mindset.
