A REPUTED MULTI DESIPLINARY CONSULTANCY FIRM HAS THE FOLLOWING VACANCIES FOR
MEP ENGINEER ASSISTANT
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University with a Sri Lanka
- Minimum 2 – 4 years’ experience in MEP in MEP or Building Services Engineering with design experience in Mixed Development, Residential, Commercial, Hospitality, Retail and Industrial Buildings
- Member of the Building Services Engineers directory prepared by IESL
- Knowledge of Primavera, MS Project Software and Supervision of MEP work in High Rise Buildings will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication, leadership skills
- Must have design experience in MEP systems.
All candidates must have technical knowledge of electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire detection and prevention systems and ELV systems (ability to review drawings and resolve technical issues at site).
QUANTITY SURVEYING ASSISTANT
- BSc (QS) or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2 – 5 years’ experience in Quantity Surveying.
- Good experience in Building Construction Projects is Preferred.
- Ability to prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates.
- Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and site procedures.
- Knowledge of Local Construction Rates, Materials and Billing Format.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
STRUCTURAL DRAUGHTSMAN
- Diploma or Associate’s Degree in Draftsman from Technical college or Reputed institute
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in structural drafting and detailing.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for structural drafting and detailing works.
- Familiarity with Revit structural drafting will be considered an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with engineers and project teams.
- Excellent Computer Literacy
- Good Communication Skills.
